Lane Pashcal, P.E.

Lane Paschal is the President of Paschal Solutions, Inc. (PSI). He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Nuclear Engineering, and a Master of Science Degree in Nuclear Engineering. Lane is a certified Professional Engineer in the State of Tennessee. He formed PSI in 2000 while performing Nuclear Criticality Safety (NCS) work at the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant (PGDP). Lane also has experience at the Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant (PORTS), the Uranium Processing Facility (UPF), the Savannah River facilities, and with Centrus Energy. Lane has successfully navigated company growth to currently include over 50 employees. He is a lifelong resident of Tennessee and a native of Chattanooga. On his free time away from PSI, Lane focuses on family, horses, and numerous activities at the University of Tennessee.
