Tammy Gross
Tammy Gross is the Human Resources Manager at Paschal Solutions. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology with a minor in Biology from the Missouri School of Science and Technology (formerly known as the University of Missouri at Rolla). Tammy’s career with PSI began in 2016. She has over 18 years of combined experience in social services, real estate, and marketing. She serves on numerous committees with the Anderson County Chamber of Commerec and she is a graduate of the 2023 Leadership Anderson County Program. Tammy was the 2021 chair of the Anderson County Board of Directors. In 2020 she received the R.C. “Dudley” Hoskins Award for Community Service and Leadership from the Anderson County Chamber. Her most rewarding activity is serving as chair of the Purses & Pearls of Anderson County event. This annual event raises funds to support scholarships for female high school seniors from Anderson County majoring in business or education. Tammy grew up in Charleston, Missouri. She is married to Clinton Gross, and they have two grown children. Tammy enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the beautiful east Tennessee area, and watching numerous sporting events.
