Tracey Henson

Tracey is the Business Manager for Paschal Solutions. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from Murray State University. Tracey’s career with PSI began in 2014. She has more than 27 years of experience in the nuclear industry. She spent 20 of those years at an NRC regulated facility. In her tenure she has successfully fulfilled several positions including; Senior NCS Engineer, Project Section Manager, NCS Group Manager, and Nuclear Safety Group Manger. Tracey provided program/project management for the Integrated Safety Analysis Summary included in the license amendment request for American Centrifuge Operating (ACO) HALEU Demonstration Program. ACO is the only Licensee in the U.S. who is licensed to enrich uranium up to 20 wt. % U-235. Organizations under her management have consistently met rigorous safety/regulatory requirements while completing project deliverables. Tracey has obtained many certifications including; Senior NCS Engineer Qualifications, Centrus Energy American Centrifuge Plant, NCS Engineer Qualifications, United States Enrichment Corporation, Senior NCS Engineer Qualification, United States Enrichment Corporation, NCS Engineer Qualification, LATA Kentucky, Senior NCS Engineer Qualification, LATA Kentucky, Hazard Evaluation: Qualitative Methods, Process Safety Institute, Nuclear Criticality Short Course, University of New Mexico, SCALE and KENO V.a Training, and Emergency Operations Center Training. She received the USEC EIII Award for Employee Excellence and Entrepreneurship. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her grandkids.
