Brad Dunn

Brad is the Business Development Manager at Paschal Solutions. He is a graduate of Bob Jones University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering Science/Physics with a minor in Mathematics. Brad’s career with PSI started in 2019. He has over 28 years of experience in Program/Project Management, Controls Finance and Business Management. Brad has served as the Finance & Business Operations (F&BO) Manager for multiple company operations, he was responsible for developing and controlling annual operating plans encompassing quarterly forecasts and monthly Business Unit (BU) financial reports that assessed key performance metrics. Brad has instituted forecast models and business processes for evaluation risks in achieving operational goals. As a Senior Program Controls Manager on the world-class NASA vibro-acoustic test facility project, Brad ensured maintaining established ANSI/EIA Standard 748-A Earned Value Management System (EVMS) for evaluating project performance. Brad led the startup of complex programs and contracts focused on Program Controls Systems and Tools, and he provided direct support on costs modeling of complex projects proposals for DOE and USACE. He provided support for multiple company acquisitions that involved integrating both parent and subsidiary procedures, including system upgrades to be compliant with established financial and business policies. Brad and his wife have three children and one grandchild. They have lived in Oak Ridge, TN for over 20 years. In his free time Brad enjoys golf, hiking in the Smoky Mountains, attending church, and spending time with his family and friends.
